These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Sakhisizwe Debt Assist’s services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
To access our debt assistance services, you must be a South African resident over the age of 18 and meet the necessary financial assessment criteria.
Our debt counselling services include financial assessments, negotiations with creditors, and structured repayment plans. By engaging with our services, you authorize us to act on your behalf in negotiations with creditors.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate financial information and adhering to their repayment plans. Failure to do so may affect the success of debt counselling and result in legal action from creditors.
Our services may be subject to administrative and counselling fees. Any fees will be transparently communicated before services commence.
We are committed to protecting your personal information in compliance with POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act). Your data will only be used for debt counselling purposes and will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.
Clients may cancel their engagement with our services at any time by providing written notice. However, any outstanding service fees must still be paid.
Sakhisizwe Debt Assist is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from the client’s failure to adhere to the debt counselling plan or external factors beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be made available on our website, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of these changes.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in South African courts.
